To analyze your business and deliver the trial, we may collect:

• Your current marketing channels
• Your stated challenges, goals, and trial brief details
• Operational account data such as trial status, deliverables, and login/session records

If you browse the website, we may also collect limited technical data needed to keep the product working, such as server logs, security events, and essential session information.

3. How we use your data

• To analyze your website, market, and competitors
• To generate deliverables and run your free trial
• To send confirmation, progress updates, and final proof reports
• To let you log back into your trial dashboard
• To process billing only if you explicitly upgrade to a paid plan
• To improve Vincent using aggregate, anonymized product learnings

We do not sell your data. We do notadd trial signups to a generic marketing newsletter just because they filled out the form. The email address you provide is used to run and deliver the service.

4. AI processing and confidentiality

Vincent is an AI-powered service. Your trial information may be processed by AI systems so Vincent can research your market, draft content, and prepare deliverables. Your business data is treated as confidential and is never shared between clients. We do not use your specific business information to market other clients or expose one client's data to another.

5. Service providers

We use trusted processors to operate Vincent, including:

• Vercel — website hosting and application delivery
• Convex — application database and backend functions
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Stripe — payment processing for paid plans
• Hetzner — server infrastructure

These providers process data only as needed to host the product, send operational emails, store trial records, or process payments.

6. Data retention

Trial data is generally retained for 90 days after the trial ends, unless you become a paying client or we need to keep certain records for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. Paying client data may be retained for the duration of the subscription plus a reasonable follow-up period. Payment and tax records are retained as required by applicable law.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies and session mechanisms needed for the website to function, such as login state, security protection, and basic product operation. We do not use advertising cookies or sell behavioral tracking data to third parties.
